At Digify LLC, we strive to provide high-quality eCommerce services, including Etsy, eBay, Wix, Shopify, digital products, and store management solutions. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If our team does not respond to your official support inquiry within 24 hours during business days.
- If your project is not completed within the agreed delivery timeline, provided that all required information and materials were submitted by the client on time.
- If the purchased store management service is not being provided properly according to the agreed scope of work and service terms.
In such cases, Digify LLC will review the issue and determine whether a partial or full refund is applicable.
Non-Refundable Payments
- Once payment has been made, it is considered final after work has started.
- Payments are non-refundable for completed work, delivered services, digital products, consultations, research, custom designs, store setup, SEO work, or project work already in progress.
- Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, lack of communication from the client, delayed client responses, or failure to provide required information.
Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation before work has started.
- If work has already begun, cancellation requests may not qualify for a refund.
- Any completed portion of the work may be deducted from any approved refund amount.
Store Performance Disclaimer
Digify LLC provides professional store setup, optimization, management, and support services. However, sales, traffic, customer response, rankings, and business growth depend on many external factors, including market demand, competition, product quality, pricing, advertising, and platform policies. Therefore, specific sales or performance results cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

If you have any concern regarding our services, please contact our support team first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter professionally and fairly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Digify LLC reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies in accordance with applicable laws. Any formal legal communication, including notices, may be sent through official legal channels when necessary.
