Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Follow Etsy, Payoneer, eBay, Shopify, Wix, and other platform policies.

Platform Support

If your account requires communication with a platform such as Etsy or Payoneer, our team will assist you by preparing documents, submitting requests where authorized, and guiding you through the official support process. Final decisions regarding account approvals, suspensions, or reinstatements are made solely by the respective platform.

Store Recovery Assistance

If your Etsy store becomes suspended, Digify LLC may assist with the recovery process by reviewing the account, preparing appeal documentation, and communicating through the appropriate official channels where permitted. Recovery cannot be guaranteed because it depends on Etsy's review and policies.

Sales & Marketing

Our marketing strategies are designed to improve your store's visibility and growth. While we use proven methods and industry best practices, we do not guarantee a specific number of sales, revenue, rankings, or business results, as these depend on market conditions, competition, product quality, customer demand, and platform algorithms.

Intellectual Property

All original designs, graphics, branding materials, mockups, and digital content created by Digify LLC remain the property of the client after full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Service Availability

We reserve the right to update, improve, modify, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

Digify LLC is not responsible for losses caused by:

• Account suspensions or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms
• Payment processor decisions
• Customer misuse of accounts
• Delays caused by third-party services
• Market fluctuations or changes in demand
